Hi,
my name is Elizabeth O Mahony owner of http://lizmcmahonwrites.com.
I am a content marketing writer/copywriter helping businesses spread the word about their products and services.
I write for businesses in the Education, EdTech niche, and e-learning sectors. and e-Commerce fields.
But I wasn’t always a writer. My work with words started when I qualified as a high school English teacher tasked with giving my students a love for words.
Opening an academy for supplementary education encouraged me to see words in a different way. I was now using words to write sales and marketing materials and using them to book out classes and courses at the academy.
I was copywriting even though I didn’t realize it at the time!
Fast forward to today when I use the skills I gained at the academy to write for others involved in providing educational services, EdTech companies and of course health and wellness because wellbeing is one of the many hats worn by teachers.
But I have also written about other industries. Environment, e-commerce, start-ups are all sectors I have been happy to learn more about and write for.
